Probiotic Strawberry Smoothie--Food Your Body Will Thank You ForThe BEST way to utilize your overripe strawberries is in a delicious smoothie. I whipped this up in less than 3 minutes and my son LOVED it! This is also a great way to include fermented foods in your little ones diet. Probiotic Strawberry Smoothie

You’ll need:

  • 4 overripe straberries
  • 1/3 overripe banana
  • 1/4 c raw kefir
  • 1/4 raw whole milk
  • 1-2 T. organic maple syrup or raw honey (optional)*

Hardware:

Directions: Blend well and enjoy immediately!
